Thank you for registering to swim with us! We are going to contact your Vet to request updated vaccinations and fecal results. We usually need two days before your pup is clear to swim. If you really want to schedule within the next two days, please respond to this email and let us know, we will do our best to get you the time you want!

To prepare for your Doggy Paddle Experience:

• Do not feed your pup within 3 hours before swimming.
• Have your puppy go to the bathroom outside before coming in.
• There will be splashing and shaking so be prepared to get wet, especially from the knees down! Bring sandals or water shoes that can get wet, rain boots are popular among our members. Try to avoid jeans and cotton pants.
• Arrive 10 minutes early to let your pup relax and become familiar with our environment.
• Street parking is free. We also have a free parking garage, go up the ramp directly next to our entry door. There is no permit or pass required. You can use any open spot or 30-minute spot on the ramp.
• After your swim, please take your dog outside to relieve themselves before playing in the indoor park.
• We have towels, driers and toys – just bring a happy puppy!

Indoor Park is closed for Splash ‘N Play Monday-Friday from 11:15 am to 4:15 pm.
