MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Splash ‘n Play Daycare, Group Swim and Private Swim Memberships are a subscription that automatically adds visits on a monthly basis. Subscriptions will continue to renew automatically on a continuous month-to-month basis until the subscription is cancelled by the client or Doggy Paddle. Subscriptions that are used with a zero (0) visit balance will incur an add-on charge equal to the subscription per-visit rate. Recurring subscription charges and add-on charges will be charged to the card the client provides at the time of purchase and the client authorizes Doggy Paddle to charge the card upon each renewal and upon each add-on charge incurred.

Subscriptions can have three statuses: Active, Paused, or Cancelled.

Active
Provides access to Doggy Paddle services. Payments must be made on a monthly recurring basis to remain active. Rollover visits can be used.

Paused
Doggy Paddle services cannot be accessed, and rollover visits cannot be used. A request to stop billing will pause a subscription. The subscription will be cancelled six (6) months from the last monthly recurring charge, unless the client requests the subscription be reactivated.

Cancelled
Subscriptions cannot be reactivated and do not hold any value or balance.

Rollover Visits
The accumulation of unused visits on an active membership. Rollover visits cannot be used on a paused subscription, and they expire when a subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing swim@doggypaddle.com. Please submit cancellation requests at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being billed for the following month. We do not issue refunds on charges. You have thirty (30) days from the date of last monthly recurring payment to use any unused visits.
